Charges stemming from a crack cocaine sale that allegedly happened March 21, 2017, in Bradford Township, were bound to McKean County Court Wednesday before District Judge Richard Luther.
James Dixon, 29, of Bradford, appeared for a preliminary hearing on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
According to court records, a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force purchased crack cocaine from Dixon in exchange for $100.
Dixon is incarcerated in McKean County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
