A Bradford man is facing allegations that he threatened through Facebook to kill someone.
Shane W. Kroah, who turned 18 on Wednesday and lives at 17 Onofrio St., was arraigned Wednesday afternoon before District Judge Dominic Cercone on charges of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a third-degree misdemeanor.
Court records stated that Kroah sent several messages through Facebook messenger to a juvenile male. Kroah allegedly wrote that he was going to kill the juvenile and make his death quick because he was a “fake (offensive slang word) that needs to be put down.”
Kroah then sent messages with gun emojis, court records stated.
He was released in lieu of $5,000 unsecured bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on March 8.
