SMETHPORT — The United Methodist Church of Smethport announces that the United Methodist Women’s group will once again sponsor a Lenten devotion and luncheon each Wednesday during Lent.
The devotions will begin at 12:05 p.m. with a buffet-style lunch to follow. The speakers for the Lenten Luncheons are as follows: Feb. 28 – Rev. Carol Carlson; March 7 – Rev. Frank Eppley; March 14 – Dorothy Dart; March 21 – Susan Roboski; March 28 – Clark Johnson.
The church is located at the corner of King and Church Streets in Smethport. All are welcome to attend. A donation of $6 is suggested.
