Otto Eldred High students to attend PMEA festival

Darcie Schneider and Mackenzie Wilcox will represent Otto-Eldred High School at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) Region 2 Band Festival Feb. 22-24. The festival will be held under the direction of Dr. Jason Worzbyt. The concert will be held on at noon Feb. 24 in the West Shamokin High school Auditorium.
