Morphine delivery charges against an Olean, N.Y., man were bound to McKean County Court Wednesday at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Richard Luther.
Jeremy M. Carrier, 31, faces charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; and criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony.
According to court records, between 7:37 and 7:39 p.m. Jan. 11 in the Bradford Mall parking lot, a confidential informant for the McKean County Drug Task Force purchased 11 morphine pills, 30 milligrams each, from Carrier for $165.
Carrier is free, having posted 10 percent of $5,000 bail.
