Charges against a Bradford man accused firing a gun at a neighbor’s home were bound to McKean County Court in a hearing Wednesday before District Judge Richard Luther.
Richard D. Yovichin II, 58, appeared for a preliminary hearing on charges of propulsion of missiles onto roadways and recklessly endangering another person, both second-degree misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor, according to court records.
Court records stated that between 12:20 and 12:35 p.m. Dec. 20, Yovichin allegedly was shooting what appeared to be a rifle from his driveway toward residences and property directly across the road, U.S. Route 219 in Bradford Township.
He remains free on $5,000 unsecured bail.
