The trial was heard before President Judge Richard Masson, who found her guilty of summary charges of harassment and criminal mischief.
Court records filed at the time of her arrest indicated that on Aug. 9, 2015, at a part in the woods near “The Tannery,” Burt encountered a woman leaning on her car. After a confrontation, Burt jumped the woman, biting off part of her ear; she was also accused of biting her in several other places and kicking her in the head and back.
No sentencing date is listed, but the docket indicates that she will be sentenced once a presentence investigation with a forensic mental health evaluation and drug and alcohol assessment is complete.
Masson ordered the presentence investigation be completed by March 15.
Meanwhile, Burt is scheduled to appear for a trial in McKean County Court in the coming months.

A pretrial conference is scheduled for March 29 in McKean County Court.
Burt is incarcerated in Elk County Jail.
