A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail, accused of entering a home without permission last month in the City of Bradford.
Christopher Salonis, 42, of 299 East Main St., is charged with criminal trespassing breaking into a structure, a third-degree felony, and disorderly conduct, a summary offense.
At 4 a.m. Jan. 4, police were dispatched to a residence on School Street in Bradford for an unwanted person. Two males in the residence said Salonis walked into the front door of the residence with a beer in one hand and a bottle of pills in the other that he was trying to sell, according to the criminal complaint in the case.
Salonis was not permitted to be in the residence, and the two people in the residence had escorted him out. Salonis left, but returned about 20 minutes later and broke the front window, the complaint stated.
Salonis was arraigned Friday before District Judge Dom Cercone and remanded to jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
