A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail, facing drug charges from an alleged incident last March in the City of Bradford.
Alexander Jari Hayes, 24, of 71 School St., is charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, a felony; criminal use of a communication device, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
According to court records, on March 23, on North Center Street in Bradford, Hayes delivered .76 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant of the McKean County Drug Task Force.
He was arraigned Friday afternoon before District Judge Dom Cercone and remanded to jail in lieu of $10,000 percentage bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
