ERIE — An adjudication was issued in December to the Buckhorn Hotel, 320 Welsh St., Kane, for liquor law violations, the Erie-based office of Bureau of the Liquor Enforcement reported Wednesday.
According to the bureau, the first incident involved failure to maintain complete and truthful records covering the operation of the licensed business for a period of two years immediately preceding May 16, 2017. The second incident involved the failure to adhere to the conditions of the agreement entered into with the board placing additional restrictions upon the subject of the license Jan. 23, 2017, through Aug. 14, 2017.
An administrative law judge imposed a $1,250 fine for the violations.
