A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail after being arrested on drug delivery allegations from March.
James Dixon, 29, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Richard Luther on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, court records stated.
Court records indicate the charges stem from an alleged incident on March 21 in Bradford Township. The McKean County Drug Task Force filed the charges.
No further information on the allegations was available at press time.
Dixon was incarcerated in lieu of $100,000 bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Feb. 8.
