The McKean County Fair won three prizes for its scrapbook and catalog in judging at the 2018 convention of the Pennsylvania Association of County Fairs Jan. 17-20 in Hershey. Carol Minard and Laura Piccioli, co-owners of Paper to Pages in Bradford,  designed the scrapbook, which won third place, and the scrapbook cover, which took first place. At right is Cecil Gallup, president of the McKean County Fair Association, who holds the fair catalog that was designed by Nancy Dart and her committee and also won a blue ribbon. This is the seventh year that the county fair’s scrapbooks, designed by Paper to Pages, have won prizes at the state fair association convention.
