Justin Willoughby, who lost 600 pounds without weight loss drugs or surgery, will offer weight loss tips at the Bradford Area Public Library from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 22.
“I took one step toward a healthy lifestyle, and I will help participants do the same. Are you ready to take that one step?” he said.
When Willoughby was 16, he weighed 799 pounds, and doctors warned him about his severe medical condition. He resolved to do something about it.
“It all started with one step. I lost 600 pounds without weight loss drugs or surgery,” he said.
His weight-loss story has been featured in many national and international media outlets, such as the Associated Press, National Enquirer, Woman’s Magazine (UK) and Teen People Magazine.
Willoughby recently published a book, “One Step: How I Took One Step to Lose 600 Pounds,” which he will sign after he shares his story. The program is free and open to the public.
