KANE — The Kane Community Center will host a blood drive from noon to 5 p.m. Jan. 23.
January is National Blood Donor Month, and all donors will receive a T-shirt. Appointments can be made at www.fourhearts.org, but walk-ins are welcome.
To be eligible to donate, participants must be at least 17 years old or 16 with a parental consent form, weight at least 110 pounds, have not received a tattoo or body piercing in the past year and be in general good health. Donors are asked to eat well before donating. A photo ID is required.
