Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Straub of Emporium and Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Montecalvo of Lewis Run are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Victoria Ann and Michael Vincent, both of Warren. The bride-elect is a United States veteran, having served the country in the United States Navy. She currently is attending The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and will graduate in May with a degree in business management. She is employed as an insurance agent with Great Lakes Insurance Co. in Warren. Her fiance graduated from Lock Haven University with a degree in business management with a concentration on economics and finance. He is employed as a commercial lender with Northwest Savings Bank in Warren. A Sept. 29, 2018, wedding is planned at St. Marys Catholic Church in St. Marys.
