The contestants for this year’s First Night Bradford star search have been announced, and the final competition to determine who will perform at the event will be held Sunday.

The contestants are as follows: Casey Langianese, Randall Andreano, Alex Cole, The band Amok — Connor Brien, Adam Guthrie, and Jonah Tucker; and the band Chamber — Jim Owens, Jim McDonald, and Dave Kohlmer; and Grant Orris and Nathan Morris.

The competition included tryouts open to the community throughout the month of October and November for individuals to display their musical talents. Individuals were then chosen from each tryout session and now will go on to compete in the final competition from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Masonic Lodge on South Avenue.

The top three winners will receive a cash prize and will perform at this year’s First Night Bradford on Dec. 31.

The star search competition is a free event for all with light refreshments.
