KANE — Kane-based state police are looking for information on an Eldred man.
Police said that at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, troopers were dispatched to a residence at 50 Main St., Eldred, for a report that Richard Lee Gould III, 27, threatened Justin Schwartz, 31, with a knife. By the time troopers arrived, Gould had fled.
Charges against Gould were filed at the office of District Judge William Todd, and an warrant was issued for Gould’s arrest.
Anyone with information on Gould’s location is asked to contact state police at 778-5555.
Court records indicate that he is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, both second-degree misdemeanors; and harassment, a third-degree misdemeanor.
