Dorothy Lane has reopened to traffic following the completion of a new bridge across the West Branch of the Tunungwant Creek.
The bridge had been closed since July for the replacement of the bridge by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
In addition to replacing the bridge, PennDOT installed a median and widened and repaved Dorothy Lane, added sidewalks, updated guide rails and put in new lighting.
The $3 million project made the area safer for vehicles and pedestrians, Pitt-Bradford officials said.
