Welcome to the fall edition of Partners in Health and Wellness, highlighting the latest news from Thompson, including openings of a new observation unit as well as a new lactation suite. We also just welcomed a new primary care physician and, of course, we have exciting plans for a formal partnership with the Canandaigua Medical Group. At the same time, we’re exploring the need for an expansion of our intensive care unit.

Also in this issue, we’re pleased to share the stories of those who have welcomed their new additions through the family-centered cesarean sections offered by the doctors, midwives and nurses in our Birthing Center.
