The VNA of Northwest PA has been named to the “Top 500” of the 2017 HomeCare EliteTM, recognition of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States.

It is the fifth consecutive year VNA NWPA has earned recognition as a HomeCare Elite agency.

HomeCare Elite agencies are determined by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, best practices implementation, patient experience (HHCAHPS), quality improvement and consistency, and financial health. In order to be considered, an agency must be Medicare-certified and have data for at least three outcomes in Home Health Compare.

“VNA’s national ranking is very rewarding,” said Judy Baumgartner, VNA of NWPA Chairperson. “Our team consistently strives for excellence. This recognition is a testament to the focus and emphasis the VNA staff places providing of high quality patient care.”               

The VNA of NWPA is a certified home health agency based in Bradford.

The VNA of NWPA is an affiliate of Kaleida Health and Bradford Regional Medical Center, member hospital of Upper Allegheny Health System. VNA of NWPA currently provides services to residents in McKean, Potter, and Warren counties.
