COUDERSPORT — Coudersport-based state police are investigating allegations that a Coudersport man assaulted a juvenile in Eulalia Township.
According to police, between Sept. 23 and 30 in the 200 block of Town Line Road, a Coudersport male allegedly committed aggravated assault against a juvenile male from Port Allegany.
Police did not say how old the boy is or the name of either the boy or the suspect. No details on the alleged assault or the condition of the child were released.
Police, who continue to investigate the allegations, indicated that all parties are cooperating in the investigation.
