Criminal charges against a Bradford man were withdrawn Wednesday at a preliminary hearing before District Judge William Todd.
Stephen L. Hale, 60, will no longer face charges of stalking, a first-degree misdemeanor; or disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor, court records indicate.
Hale pleaded guilty to a summary harassment charge and was ordered to pay fines and costs, according to court records.
