Charges withdrawn in alleged Megan’s Law case

Charges against a Bradford man for alleged violations of registration requirements under Megan’s Law have been withdrawn.

Michael J. Keller, 44, of 11 Leonard Ave., had been charged with two felonies, and had been incarcerated since Oct. 10.

He was released from jail Thursday after the charges were withdrawn at McKean County Central Court.
