COUDERSPORT — A Coudersport man was arrested Saturday morning after an alleged domestic violence incident.
Coudersport-based state police report that at 7:36 a.m. Saturday, Zachery Mann, 22, was in an argument in a residence along North Main Street, Coudersport, when the argument turned into a physical altercation. Court records list the victims as a 20-year-old female and a juvenile.
Mann is charged with terroristic threats and endangering the welfare of a child, both first-degree misdemeanors; two counts of simple assault and one count of recklessly endangering another person, all second-degree misdemeanors; and harassment, a summary charge, according to police.
He was arraigned before District Judge Delores Weiss and committed to Potter County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, police stated.
Court records indicate a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 23.
