Dr. Stephen Robar, associate dean of academic affairs and associate professor of political science at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, will give a talk Monday at the Bradford Area Public Library.
He will discuss the electoral college and the popular vote, polling and nominating conventions, as well as their effect on the 2016 Presidential election. The program will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
