A Custer City man is in McKean County Jail after allegedly injuring someone with a vehicle.
Court records indicate that Steve Curcio, 48, was arraigned Saturday night before District Judge Dominic Cercone and incarcerated in lieu of $100,000 bail.
According to court records, the alleged incident happened Saturday in Bradford City.
Curcio is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of aggravated assault by vehicle, aggravated assault while DUI, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, DUI controlled substance, harassment, reckless driving, accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, failure to stop and give information/render aid and driving without a license, court records stated.
He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
No further details on the alleged assault were available at press time Sunday.
There was a report that a Bradford City police and ambulance were called Saturday afternoon to help a person who was dragged by a vehicle on Pearl Street, but it was unclear at press time whether the initial reports were accurate — or whether they were related to the criminal charges filed against Curcio.
