Kyle Winkler, sought after speaker and frequent guest on Christian media, will be featured Saturday at the Callahan Park Pavilion off the Bradford High School parking lot.
Area churches will kick off the event at 4:30 p.m., offering a free meal in the park. At 6 p.m., music will be provided by Christian praise bands from the area, followed by Winkler.
Those attending are urged to bring lawn chairs. In case of inclement weather, the event will move to the Bradford Area High School Auditorium.
On Sunday, Winkler will continue his teaching at the Evans Memorial United Methodist Church, 1447 South Avenue in Lewis Run. He will be teaching during the 9:30 a.m. Sunday School hour, 10:45 a.m. worship service and again at 6:30 p.m.
Child care will be provided and refreshments will be served after the evening service. Free will offerings will be taken on both days.
Winkler is known for using his own story to tell about the power of God’s word for victory over fear, insecurity, and issues of the past. He holds a Master of Divinity in biblical studies from Regent University in Palm Beach, Fla. He is ordained through Liberty Network International. He has authored two books “Silence Satan” which became a best selling spiritual warfare book and most recent “Activating the Power of God’s Word.”
