AUSTIN — Two programs are scheduled for Saturday at Sinnemahoning State Park at 4843 Park Road near Austin –– one on kayaking and the other on Lyme disease.
A guided kayak tour of Stevenson Reservoir will take place from 10 a.m. to noon in the lake day-use area. Reservations are required by Friday and can be made by calling 814-647-8401. Limit is 12 people.
The Dare 2B Tick Aware: PA Lyme Prevention Program will run from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the park office and wildlife center.
The program is presented by PA Lyme Resource Network and the state Department of Health.
