A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail on allegations involving an alleged sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
Steven John Kirtz, 22, of 124 E. Main St., is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16, a first-degree felony; statutory sexual assault, a second-degree felony; and indecent assault of a person less than 16, a second-degree misdemeanor.
According to court records, between April 1 and July 1, Kirtz and a 15-year-old girl were involved in a relationship, and had intercourse at “abandoned residences around the City of Bradford.” Kirtz knew the girl was underage at the time, court records read.
He is jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail, and is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
