A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail for allegedly trespassing on someone’s property on Aug. 28, and allegedly loitering at night at a different property on Sept. 6.
James P. Kemick, 33, of 79 South Ave., is charged with criminal trespass, a second-degree felony; and loitering at night, a third-degree misdemeanor.
According to court records, on Aug. 28, Kemick was reported to be throwing items over a fence between Bedford and Sherman streets. A neighbor in the area saw him, and went to the Bedford Street property to find a garage window and door had been opened.
In the early morning hours Wednesday, Kemick was allegedly prowling around the outside of a house where he wasn’t supposed to be, court records read.
He was charged with loitering or prowling at night, a third-degree misdemeanor.
Kemick was arraigned Wednesday before on-call District Judge Rich Luther and remanded to jail in lieu of $55,000 total bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court Sept. 14.
