SMETHPORT — A theft charge against a Little Genesee, N.Y., man was withdrawn on Monday.
Jared Scott Sherman, 21, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge Judge William Todd; however, court records indicate that the only charge, a misdemeanor charge of theft by unlawful taking, was withdrawn.
