A Buffalo, N.Y., man waived preliminary hearings for two drug cases on Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Larry Jason Jones, 39, 8 Harlow Place, faces in both cases charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, felonies; criminal use of a controlled substance, third-degree felonies; and possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, court records stated.
According to court records, on April 24, he sold about 1 gram of crack cocaine and about 2 grams of heroin for $225 to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force; then on June 27, he sold crack cocaine for $100 to a confidential information with the drug task force.
He is free, having posted $20,000 bail in each case.
