Elk Catholic’s Emily Evers and Johnsonburg’s Lindsey Kocjancic were named to the Pennsylvania High School Softball Coaches Association all-state team Thursday afternoon.

Evers, a junior, is a second-team Class A third baseman after batting .413 (26-for-63) with 10 doubles, two triples a home run and 28 RBIs. A sophomore, Kocjancic was named a first-team Class AA outfielder while hitting .614 (35-for-57) with seven doubles, three triples and five homers. She also batted in 36 runs this spring for the Lady Ramettes.
