A Great Valley, N.Y., man was arraigned Friday for allegedly stealing items from Walmart on three occasions earlier this year.
Jacob Garrett Winship, 26, is charged with three counts of retail theft, all first-degree misdemeanors.
According to court records, on March 19, he took merchandise valued at $167.27 without paying; on April 2, he took $299.68 worth of items; and on April 7, he took $357.35 worth of items.
He was arraigned before District Judge Rich Luther and released on $30,000 percentage bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
