ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. — Audrey McKeirnan-Johnston and Jeffrey Woodward were married July 22 at the Nannen Arboretum in Ellicottville.
The Rev. Les Leet officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Christopher and Sarah McKeirnan Johnston of Eldred, Pa. The groom is the son of John Woodward Sr. and Tammy Forward of Franklinville.
The bride was escorted by her mother. Audrey wore an ivory-over-caramel-colored Morilee ball gown accented with a train. Her dress was paired with pearl earrings and a tulle veil. She carried a bouquet of burnt orange flowers and nature’s greens.
The bride is a graduate of Otto-Eldred Junior Senior High School in Duke Center, Pa. She then pursued an accounting degree from Jamestown Community College. She is employed as an accountant and tax preparer at Hagg’s Tax Team in Eldred. The groom is a graduate of Ten Broeck Academy of Franklinville and Alfred State College. The groom has a degree in machine tool technology, and is employed as a machinist at Keystone Tool & Die in Weston Mills.
The bride’s long time friend, Ashlyne Downey, stood as her matron of honor. The groom’s eldest brother, John Woodward Jr., stood as the best man. The bridesmaids were Clara Johnston, Tessa Jo Johnston, Tina Woodward and Dynah Kimble. The groomsmen were Jeremy Woodward, Tony Auman, Damian Bidwell, Calin Terwilliger and Coldin Terwilliger. The bride and groom also included their dog “Elli” on their big day.
A reception followed at the Carter Event Center in Allegany. A honeymoon hasn’t been planned at this time, but the couple will continue to reside in Eldred.
