A Rochester, N.Y., woman is in McKean County Jail for allegedly attacking two women at the emergency room at Bradford Regional Medical Center Tuesday.
Constance Burke, 28, of 345 Lake Ave., is charged with aggravated assault, a first-degree felony; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment.
According to court records, Burke struck and kicked two medical professionals at the emergency room of BRMC while the women were in performance of their duties.
She was arraigned Tuesday night before District Judge Dominic Cercone and remanded to jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in Central Court Aug. 3.
