An Eldred man has been criminally charged for indecent contact he allegedly had with a minor.
Theodore Vancise, 18, of 481 Camp Hill Hollow, is charged with corruption of minors, a third-degree felony; and indecent assault, a second-degree misdemeanor, court records stated.
According to court records, on June 15, in Eldred, Vancise kissed a 14-year-old girl and touched her inappropriately.
Vancise was arraigned at 9 p.m. Monday before District Judge Dominic Cercone and committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 3.
