Assault charges against Lewis Run man withdrawn

Assault charges filed in June against a Lewis Run man were withdrawn on Wednesday.

Steven M. Holly, 41, had been scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing that day before District Judge Richard Luther.

The withdrawn charges were aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, court records indicate.
