COUDERSPORT — A Coudersport man has been charged with failing to report information to the state police as required under Megan’s Law.

Coudersport-based state police said Duane John Williams, 25, of 5 Carpenter Hill Road, failed to provide the barracks with information about his vehicle and his phone number within three days as required under Megan’s Law.

He is currently free on $25,000 unsecured bail, and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 31 before District Judge Annette Easton.
