Fair
Adjective: in accordance with the rules or standards; legitimate.
Adverb: without cheating or trying to achieve unjust advantage.
Firm
Adjective: having a solid, almost unyielding surface or structure.
Adverb: in a resolute and determined manner.
Consistent
Adjective: acting or done in the same way over time, especially so as to be fair or accurate, unchanging in nature, standard, or effect over time.
Assists with general management regarding developing, maintaining and improving employee relationships via communication, performance management, training, processing grievances and/or disputes as well as interpreting and conveying College policies. Managers and Employees maintain a role in ensuring good Employee & Labor Relations for the College.
