SMETHPORT — A 4-H forestry field day will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. July 26 at the Donald J. Comes Natural Resource Center in Crosby.
The event is open to children ages 8 to 18. There will be an enrollment fee of $20 if the child is not already in 4H. Topics to be covered are tree identification, compass work, wildlife track identification and many more.
