Paul Sanders and Tom Keenan both shot one-under par 73s to take top honors in the Pine Acres Country Club Pro-Am on Monday afternoon.
Sanders, the professional at Ravenwood Golf Club, and Keenan, pro at Whispering Woods Golf Club, each shot 36s on the front nine and 35s on the back.
In a three-way tie for third, Michael O’Connor (pro), Michael Shine and Lon Nielson shot even par 72s. Pine Acres pro Kirk Stauffer finished in a three-way tie for sixth with a one-over 73.
O’Connor and Nielson’s 72 were the low senior scores.
In the four-person scramble with a two best ball of four format, Bobby Hogan (pro), Scott Quinn, Jeremy Cressley and Rick Cottillion won with a 17-under 127. They were followed by Michael Shine (pro), Gerry Pehonsky, Joe Camas and Brian Vecellio and the team of Jack Widger (pro), Chris Colosimo, Mike Cercone, Kevin Kelley and Ted Sherrick, as each team shot scores of 129.
