A local children’s ministry will bring parents and children together this weekend for a “Family Water War” at Open Arms Community Church.
Thrive Children’s Ministry at Open Arms Community Church will host the event Friday starting at 7 p.m., and encourages families to come out and have fun getting wet together.
“It’s an opportunity for families to connect with each other, and to just get out and have some fun together,” said Open Arms Children’s Ministry coordinator Zoe Hatcher. “A lot of families don’t get much of a chance to spend time together just being silly and getting messy. Kids love to do that, so we can bring out our inner kid and have some fun with them.”
Snacks and drinks and lots of water balloons will be provided. Attendees should bring water guns and wear clothes they can get wet. Guests are encouraged to sign up at http://openarmsbradford.org
