EVENTS: Looking for something to do the next couple of weekend?
Coming up this Saturday will be the second annual Enchanted Mountains Brew Fest, happening at Four Mile Brewing in Olean, N.Y.
More than 20 breweries are expected to be in attendance, along with cider- and wine-makers.
The event itself will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. and will include live music. An after party is slated, too.
The long list of brewers will include Southern Tier Brewing Co., Windy Brew, Community Beer Works, Woodcock Brothers Brewery, Resurgence Brewing Co., 42 North Brewing Co., Prison City Pub & Brewery, Thin Man Brewery, 12 Gates Brewing Co., Ellicottville Brewing Co., Hamburg Brewing Company, Rohrbach Brewing Company, Flying Bison Brewing Co., Swiftwater Brewing, Stoneyard Brewing Co., Gene McCarthy’s/Old First Ward Brewing Co., The Lost Borough Brewing Co., Big Ditch Brewing Co. and FarmHouse Brewery.

The weekend after that will be the 2017 Scandinavian Folk Festival in Gerry, N.Y., which takes place from July 21-23.
The event will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. July 21, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. July 22 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 23 at the Gerry Rodeo Grounds on Route 60.
At the festival, visitors will have a chance celebrate the culture by ring dancing around the midsummer pole; learn Hardanger embroidery, Norwegian knitting, chip carving or Swedish weaving; listen to music; or eat traditional foods.
On July 21 and 22, there will be a Showcase Extravaganza to include a number of performances, such as live music and storytelling.
There will be a Swedish pancake meal the morning of July 23, followed by a Scandinavian music concert.
