Assault charges against a Bradford man were bound to McKean County Court Wednesday at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
According to court records, Nathan James Harvey, 21, is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, a first-degree felony; simple assault and two counts of conspiracy to commit simple assault, all second-degree misdemeanors; disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary charge.
The charges stem from an alleged incident on Dec. 18 in Bradford City.
Harvey remains incarcerated in lieu of $30,000 bail.
