Several Paul Harris Fellow pins were presented to members of the Port Allegany Rotary Club at the Changing of the Guard held Wednesday night at the home of Dave and Anna Fair. Rotarians receiving the awards are pictured, from left, Scott Bayline, Bob Hartle, John Robinson and Ki Bayline. Bayline also serves as club foundation chairman.
