Additional drug charges have been filed against a Buffalo, N.Y., man who was arrested earlier this week on drug delivery allegations.
Larry “Minni” Jones, 39, of 8 Harlow Place, was arraigned Thursday afternoon on a separate drug case for allegations stemming from April 24. He’s charged in the new case with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to commit drug delivery, all felonies; conspiracy to commit criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, court records stated.
Court records indicate Jones possessed with the intent to deliver crack cocaine and heroin on April 24.
On Wednesday, Jones and Melissa S. Wilson, 27, of Portville, N.Y., were arraigned on similar charges for an alleged crack cocaine delivery Tuesday night in Bradford City. Wilson was also accused of possessing heroin and cocaine, according to court records.
The pair was committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail, and an additional $20,000 in bail was set against Jones in his second case.
They are scheduled to appear in McKean County Central Court on Thursday.
