Two Buffalo, N.Y, men and a Limestone, N.Y., woman are all in jail, accused of selling crack cocaine at America’s Best Value Inn on East Main Street in Foster Township.
Samuel Antonio Jackson, 42, and Antwain ONeil Jackson, 40, both in Buffalo, and Jennifer Nicole Campbell, 35, of 5045 Nichols Run Road, Limestone, were all charged in connection with the same incident.
According to the McKean County Drug Task Force, one of the suspects had rented a room at America’s Best Value Inn on East Main Street. There, Campbell bought one gram of crack cocaine from Samuel and Antwain Jackson. She then went to Northwest Bank on East Main Street and allegedly sold one gram of crack cocaine to a confidential informant of the task force, court records read.
The purchases and delivery of the crack were arranged through cell phone messages.
District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer said, “Officers executed a search warrant on the hotel room and items were seized. Officers also executed a search warrant on a vehicle operated by Antwain Jackson and seized cash and 16 grams of crack cocaine.”
Each suspect is charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, felonies; and possession of crack cocaine, misdemeanors. Samuel Jackson is also charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver, a felony; and criminal use of a communication device, a third-degree felony. Antwain Jackson is also charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver crack cocaine, a felony. Campbell is also charged with criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony. Additional charges are pending.
Officers from Bradford City Police, Foster Township Police and Bradford Township Police assisted in the arrests.
All were arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Dom Cercone.
All are jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail each. They are scheduled to appear in Central Court June 29.
