OLEAN, N.Y. — The Olean Public Library will be hosting an evening for Robert Taylor on June 29 at 7 p.m.
Taylor passed away recently after many years of service as community arts coordinator. The event, which is free and open to the public, is being co-sponsored by the library and a group of close friends who informally wish to share in some personal remembrances.
The evening will include a reading of some of Taylor’s own poetry, and a display of his work in bonsai and origami. The Friends of the Library will be providing refreshments. For those who wish further information, or to offer some music for the evening, call Tom Krampf at (716) 557-2518.
