LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — A Limestone man has been charged with selling MDMA to another person after an investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
According to the task force, at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dominick Bleier, 21, of Limestone Run Road, was arrested and charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance third degree.
Bleier was taken to the Town of Carrollton court where he was committed to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000.
The task force is made up of members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s office, Gowanda Police Department, Salamanca Police Department and New York State Troopers. The sheriff’s office assisted on the arrest.
